If Grunge Clothing has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you by email at the address given by you in your account details. You will be given the option to cancel the order for a full refund (inclusive of postage). The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Grunge Clothing will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Grunge Clothing will post, or arrange a courier on your behalf for, the goods ordered by you to the person and address you give Grunge Clothing at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of despatch of the order. All delivery times quoted on the web site are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies.

Postal deliveries are made via first class recorded delivery within 1-3 working days from Date of Dispatch (Subject to Stock). When your order is ready for dispatch we will send a confirmation email to confirm this, which will also include your unique tracking number.

If you are an individual and are not buying goods on behalf of a business, there are certain circumstances in which you may withdraw from the contract and these are set out here. This right to withdraw does not apply to business buyers.

1. You may withdraw your order for goods at any time up to the end of the 7th working day after you have received the goods.
2. The only circumstances in which you cannot withdraw your order is if the item is worn, soiled, altered or damaged (including packaging). We must receive your returned item in the same condition you received it. Returnable items must be in "Sellable Condition".
3. To withdraw your order you must notify Grunge Clothing in writing via email at the following address support@grungeclothing.co.uk. Grunge Clothing will issue a returns authorization number, returns will not be accepted without this number.
4. Please provide us with your details when returning a parcel either by including a copy of your invoice or write your details on paper and include this with your return parcel:
   
   
   • Returns Authorization Number
   • Order number (this can be found on the top of your invoice)
   • Name
   • Address
   • Email Address
   • Your Requirements - i.e. refund or exchange

   Please help us to make improvements to our service by telling us why you are returning the goods, i.e. wrong colour, too big, too small, etc.

5. When you return items to Grunge Clothing you will do so at your own cost and risk. Once you have notified Grunge Clothing that you are withdrawing your order, any sum debited to Grunge Clothing from your credit card will be re-credited to your account less postage costs incurred from delivering the goods to you and a re-stocking fee as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by Grunge Clothing in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

Grunge Clothing shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
