- Q. How much is postage? How quickly will I get my order?

A. Postage prices are weight based so it depends on what you are buying. We charge the exact rates that the royal mail will be charging for postage, current postage rates can be found at www.royalmail.co.uk. If you need your items quickly and they are in stock just ask and we will do our best to arrange a next day delivery service at an agreed cost.
- Q. I want to return an item, is this ok?

A. Customers at Grunge Clothing can return their goods for a refund. Information is available on the Shipping & Returns Page. Please read this page before returning your item.
- Q. I want to place an order, but I don't have a credit card. Can I send you a cheque?

We're sorry, but we do not accept cheques or money orders for payment. We can currently only accept payments via Paypal. You can set up a Paypal account even if you do not have a credit card.
- Q. What is Paypal and how do I use it?

PayPal enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. Your account can attach to your credit card or bank account for payment funding. Visit their site at www.paypal.co.uk and click the Sign Up button at the top of the PayPal home page to set up your account. They have an extensive help section to guide you if you are having trouble. If you are thinking of using Paypal to pay for an order, secure your account BEFORE you place your order with us as we will not be able to process your order until we have received payment.
- Q. I saw an item on another website for less, will you beat their price?
A.
We cannot vouch for the quality of items or service you will receive from any other company, and therefore we do not attempt to match or beat their prices. Our pricing is based on many factors. We strive to price items fairly and competitively, whilst keeping delivery costs to an absolute minimum. We take great pride in our superior product and service quality, and hope that rock-bottom pricing is not the only thing that is important to our customers when they make purchases. - Q. I tried to return a thong/panty/bikini that I had tried on without wearing underwear, and you refused to refund me. Will I get away with returning it?

A. In a word, no. We would like to ask a question in return: If we had sent the item to you in that condition, would you have accepted it? We will always ship you unworn, unsoiled items in new condition, and only unworn, unsoiled items in new condition will be accepted by us in return.
- Q. But I didn't know that I couldn't return it because I never read any of this information before ordering! Am I exempt?

These information pages are for YOU. All of our policies are described in detail on the site, and we hope that you will read and understand them before placing your order. But the policies still stand, even if you didn't read them.
- Q. I have seen an item I like but you do not have the one I want in stock. How does the back-order system work?

Unfortunately as a small business I cannot stock every variation of product. When an item is placed on back order, it is added to the next order I do with the wholesaler. If the back order has not been placed within one month from the request due to not reaching the minimum order value, an email will be sent to you asking if you still wish to wait for it.
- Q. I recieved my goods, but there is no paperwork with it. I need an invoice, can you send me one?

All of our correspondence is done electronically to cut down on unecessary use of paper. If you need any information about your order, please log onto your account and all the details will be there for you to print out if needed. The emails that are sent to you regarding the order process contain a direct link to the order for quick access.
